Hydraulic pecker and saddle stolen from Long Bennington and Caythorpe

Police have been alerted to two separate thefts in Long Bennington and Caythorpe.

Yesterday a hydraulic pecker was stolen from a site on Back Lane, Long Bennington.

A witness saw a middle sized white van in the area between 10am and 11.30am (incident number 203 of August 12).

Meanwhile in Frieston, Caythorpe padlocks were cut off and a stable broken into by offenders who stole a saddle.

The break-in is believed to have occured between 10am on Monday and 7.30am yesterday (incident number 111 of August 12).
