Interested in a new home in Bottesford?
House hunters are being invited to show their interest in new homes to be built in Bottesford.
Miller Homes Midlands will build 88 homes at its Meadows View development on Normanton Lane, just outside the village.
The development will be a mix of modern, energy-efficient two to five-bedroom houses as well as two and three-bedroom bungalows, with prices ranging from £275,000 to £525,000.
Alastair Parsons, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: “We are delighted to be bringing new homes to one of the most scenic parts of the Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire border. In and around Bottesford, homeowners can enjoy the stunning countryside, as well as charming gardens and parks. Just a short drive away is Belvoir Castle, home of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland, an impressive stately home with expansive gardens and the new Engine Yard retail village with its collection of boutiques, artisan food shops and restaurants.
“Meadows View has been designed to accommodate all types of house hunter, from young professional first-time buyers to those looking to downsize and enjoy the quieter pace of village life. We are excited to watch the community grow as people make this their home.”
Buyers can register their interest in the development now, ahead of the official launch this autumn.
