Jewellery worth ‘thousands’ stolen in Grantham burglary

An investigation is underway after gold, jewellery, a safe, passports and cash were all taken in a burglary of a Grantham home.

Sometime between 5pm and 11.45pm on Monday, February 22, a property on Gannet Court was targeted by offenders who gained access by forcing a rear door.

From inside a number of high-value items were taken, including gold, jewellery and cash, which the victim has said was worth in the region of £12,000.

Lincolnshire Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the area at the time.
