Grantham man gets back in the boxing ring to raise £1,600 for cancer charity

A Grantham man got back into the boxing ring at the weekend after many years away and won his bout to raise money for a cancer charity.

Kevin Wallace, 45, lost five stone in four months training for the fight which took place at the Peterborough Showground at an Ultra White Collar Boxing Night to raise money for Cancer Research.

Kevin has raised £1,600 for the charity. He got in the ring for three rounds of two minutes after training at Touch Gloves Boxing Gym in Dysart Road with the help of Scott Newcombe.
