Kickstart the summer with fun at the Guildhall in Grantham

To kick start the summer season, the Guildhall’s very own youth drama senior group’s production of Evita is showing on May 5 - 7, followed by the junior and intermediate group production of Alice in Wonderland on July 8 and 9.

Along with these fantastic shows Hiccup Theatre present, May-We-Go-round? on May 19 and Little Howard’s Big Show for Kids comes to the Guildhall stage on June 1.

Marty MacDonald returns with his exciting new show, Marty Macdonald’s Toy Machine featuring the voice of children’s TV’s Justin Fletcher on July 23.

If a night of fantastic live music is more to your taste, Woody Mann (June 3), Lady Sings the Blues (July 15) and The Eduardo Niebla Experience (July 21) all provide excellent music at the Guildhall Arts Centre.

In addition to this, The Nick Ross Orchestra present Sounds of the Glenn Miller Era, an unmissable evening of that Big Band Sound.

The Guildhall Arts Centre Alice in Wonderland Family Open Day is on July 2 from 10.30am to 3pm. This will include craft workshops, face painting, outdoor theatre performances and flamingo croquet...all for free! So get dressed up and come on down for a day of fun family-friendly activities.

The Meres Leisure Centre hosts some big names including Mad About the Musicals featuring Gareth Gates and Michael Courtney on June 17, whilst Elaine Paige performs her Stripped Back tour on October 21 this year.
