Machete found following group fight in Grantham - man arrested

A man has been arrested in suspicion of being in possession of a machete.

Police responded to a report of a fight between a group of men on Trent Road, Grantham, shortly before 6.30pm yesterday.

A bladed weapon was found at the scene and one man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a weapon.

Update: The man was later released with no charges.
