Man arrested in Grantham on suspicion of stalking

Police have arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of stalking following reports from members of the public who were in Wyndham Park, Grantham, on Sunday afternoon.

The man was described as wearing a red top, black jacket and jeans. PC Jonathan Smyth would like to speak to anyone who thinks they may have encountered this man on Manthorpe Road in the early hours of Saturday Morning or around the High Street in the early hours of Monday morning.

The man remains in police custody.

Anyone with information is asked to call the non-emergency police number 101, quoting incident number 270 of May 17, or alternatively contact the independent charity Crimestopppers 0800 555 111 anonymously.
