Man killed in collision with lorry at Bitchfield

A motorcyclist has died following a collision on the B1176 in Bitchfield, Grantham, today (Tuesday June 7).

Emergency services were called to the scene at 12.08pm following the collision between the male motorcyclist, who is from Lincolnshire, and a lorry. The lorry driver was not injured.

The man’s next of kin are being informed of the incident and formal identification has yet to be carried out. As such we are not yet in a position to release further details regarding his identity.
