The Good Friday March of Witness organised by the Grantham And District Churches Together will gather in front of St Wulfram’s Church at 10.15am tomorrow.

A short service will take place there before the march to St Peter’s Hill and then the Isaac Newton Centre, where the bible story of Good Friday will be continued in dramatised readings. Rev David Shenton will be the speaker.

Along the route, free hot cross buns will be given out wrapped in a serviette printed with an explanation of why we have hot cross buns on Good Friday. After the march, coffee and tea will be served in the Alive Church on the corner of Castlegate.

A Sunrise Service on Easter Sunday will take place in Wyndham Park at 6.30am led by Pastor John Ferguson. Meet in the car park at the bottom of Hill Avenue before walking round the park for prayer and communion. Coffee afterwards will be served at the Seventh day Adventist Church in Dudley Road.
