McCain Foods thanks workers for their dedication to the Grantham plant




Thirty-nine employees at potato plant McCain Foods have been recognised for their dedication to the company.

At an event at Belton Woods Hotel last week, three workers were thanked for giving 30 years’ service, eight for 25 years, five for 20 years, seven for 15 years and 16 for 10 years.

The awards were presented by the firm’s GB manufacturing director Alan Bridges and GB HR director Helen Watts.

Mandi Bennett, HR manager at the Easton-based plant, said: “Our colleagues enjoyed a lunch at the hotel and sociable afternoon celebrating their length of service.”
