Medical director to talk about healthcare changes in Grantham and the county

The proposed changes to healthcare in the county will be debated at a public meeting in Grantham next week.

Dr Suneil Kapadia, Medical Director at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, will be attending the next meeting of Grantham Area Committee on Wednesday, July 20, to discuss changes to provision in healthcare in Grantham and Lincolnshire.

GAC Chairman Jeff Thompson welcomed Dr Suneil’s attendance. He said: “The NHS and, in particular Grantham Hospital, is a cornerstone of the town and close to the hearts of all of us. I’m really pleased that Dr Kapadia is able to come and talk to us about what is potentially going to happen.

“We’d encourage as many people as possible to come along to listen and discuss this most important of issues.” The meeting will be held at Grantham Museum, St Peter’s Hill, Grantham at 7pm.
