Months before stained glass window can be repaired following break-in at St Wulfram's Church in Grantham
Thieves broke into St Wulfram’s Church in Grantham on Christmas Day morning, after smashing a stained glass window and causing thousands of pounds of damage.
The break-in is believed to have happened at about 4am, when the thieves smashed their way through the window on the south side of the church.
They then broke into the parish office and smashed up a collection box and a trade craft cabinet before stealing a small safe containing around £800 in cash.
