Mrs Mabel Weller, of Edinburgh Road, Grantham, has died in Grantham Hospital. She was 88.
Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, she was the youngest of three sisters. The family moved to Grantham when she was young.
She was married to David for nearly 68 years and they had two children, Patsy and Brian. Mrs Weller also has six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She worked in Woolworths for over 25 years, retiring at the age of 60.
Her interests included sequence dancing and bingo.
The Rev Nicky Marshall conducted the funeral service at Grantham Crematorium Chapel.
