Mum launches the Creation Station in Grantham

Creative classes for parents and their babies and toddlers are being launched in Grantham.

The classes are hands-on workshops developed by The Creation Station to help parents and carers share, develop and discover with their children.

The new programme, called Colour Creations, is a series of weekly classes featuring a range of art and craft activities, including tips on how to continue the play ideas at home.

The Baby Discover classes have been set up for babies aged four months to 14 months and the Little Explorer classes are for toddlers aged from 15 months to five years.

Suzie Smith, Creation Station manager and local mum, said: ā€œIā€™m really excited about helping to develop children in our local area through a range of activities.ā€

Suzie is leading the weekly term-time programme at Liberty Rose Tea Room on Friday mornings and at Grantham Museum on Saturday mornings.
