Obituary: Elizabeth Blake

Mrs Elizabeth Eleanor Ann Blake, of Barrowby Road, Grantham, has died in St Barnabas Hospice, Grantham. She was 53.

Mrs Blake was born in Sunderland. She was the wife of Keith and mother to Victoria and Stephen.

In 1976 she joined the Army and attained the rank of Corporal.

After leaving the service she looked after her family. She then worked for Lincolnshire County Council in the administration department of youth work.

Mrs Blake loved gardening, keep fit and travelling around the world.

The Rev John Bruce conducted the funeral service at Grantham Crematorium chapel.

Family mourners included: Keith Blake, Stephen Blake and Victoria Blake.

Funeral arrangements were by Co-operative Funeralcare, Bridge End Road, Grantham.

Donations for Macmillan Cancer Support and St Barnabas Hospice amount to £300 to date.
