Mrs Nancy Moir, of Riverside, Grantham, has died. She was 87.
Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, she was the daughter of the late Grace and Matthew Taylor. She was educated at Benwell School and Atkinson Road Junior School.
She had worked for Vicker-Armstrongs in Scotswood and then the Co-op Stores in Benwell.
Following her move to Grantham in 1959 with her husband Ronnie, she worked for Reads Laundry. Later she worked at BMARC.
Mrs Moir enjoyed holidays abroad and being with her family and friends. She had very close ties with all her relations in Newcastle, and she adored her grandchidlren.
The Rev June Rowland conducted the funeral service at Grantham Crematorium Chapel.

Funeral arrangements were by Robert Holland, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham.
