POLICE who raided a house found an aspiring model had hidden Class A drugs inside herself - concealed with Kinder egg.
Tania Robertson, of Grantley Street, Grantham, was at her then home in Bridge End Road when the police arrived. She admitted to officers the presence of drugs at the property.
Jill Derby, prosecuting, said: “She told officers there were some drugs inside her. She was taken into a bathroom she removed a child’s Kinder egg which was placed inside her vagina.”
The plastic Kinder egg contained 3.52g of heroin.
Robertson’s home was raided after her then partner, Dale Sumner of Huntingtower Road, Grantham, had been arrested and found carrying heroin.
Bill Fraser, defending, told the court Robertson, 18, believed the drugs were cocaine rather than heroin.
Mr Fraser said that Robertson was hoping to put the whole affair behind her and begin a new career.
He said: “She is hoping to have a career as a model. She has put forward a portfolio to a modelling agency and she is due to be taken to Manchester to see if she can obtain some modelling work.”
He added: “She is concentrating all her efforts on pushing forward with her modelling career.”
Chair of magistrates Dorothy Nix said the amount of drugs was “quite high”.
Robertson was sentenced to a 12-month community order and ordered to pay costs of £85.
