Owner and firefighters get hoses out to extinguish Grantham hedge fire

A hedge fire in Grantham today was dealt with by both the owner and firefighters.

At 12.53pm a crew from Grantham attended Edward Street to a report of the fire.

On arrival they found that the owner had already extinguished the blaze using their garden hose. The crew then used one hose reel to damp down.
