Owner of Fellows cafe in Grantham dies suddenly aged 58

The owner of Fellows cafe in Grantham, Ged McKnight, has died suddenly at the age of 58.

Mr McKnight died in Lincoln County Hospital yesterday after falling ill at the end of last week.

His wife, Rosemary, who ran the Westgate cafe with him, said he passed away ‘suddenly and peacefully’.

Fellows is closed today, but there are plans to reopen the cafe tomorrow.
