Pensioner hospitalised in Grantham High Street assault

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information after a man in his 70s was reportedly assaulted in Grantham.

The incident took place between 4.30 and 5pm on Friday June 29, outside the Escritt Barrell Golding Estate Agents on the High Street, Grantham.

The man was reportedly assaulted and had to go to hospital for treatment.

A police spokesman said: "We are appealing for anyone who was in the area and witnessed this incident, to come forward and help us with our enquiries. There are a number of ways to get in touch:
