Planning application submitted for 12 new Fulbeck homes

Planning permission has been requested for the erection of 12 new homes in Fulbeck.

Globe Consultants Limited has applied for planning permission for the home, which would compromise of 10 affordable houses.

Currently the proposed site is a field North of South Heath Lane, Fulbeck, that covers 4,428 square feet and is currently farmland.

Of the affordable homes, there would be four two-bedroom homes and six three-bedroom homes. The others would be two bedrooms and three bedrooms.

If the application is approved by South Kesteven District Council, 24 car parking spaces would be built along with private drives and landscaping to allow for both vehicle and pedestrian access.
