AMATEUR dramatics group the St Peter’s Hill Players is generously supporting the Journal’s Grantham Hospice Appeal.

The Players have pledged to donate £2 from every ticket sold for their upcoming show ‘Fly Me to the Moon’.

The show is on at the Guildhall Arts Centre, in St Peter’s Hill, Grantham, for four days from Wednesday.

‘Fly Me to the Moon’ is set in an airport lounge, where a motley bunch of air-milers meet for the first time on a ‘Fly With Confidence’ Course.

The audience will watch as panic sets in and hilarious situations unfold, in this much acclaimed but rarely performed John Godber comedy.

Produced by Martin Olley, the show will run from Wednesday to the following Saturday, starting at 7.30pm each day.

Tickets are £7.50 for Wednesday’s showing and £8.50 for the remaining performances.

To buy, pop into the Guildhall box office, call 01476 406158 or visit

Remember, for every ticket sold, not only will you get to enjoy a fabulous show put on by one of Grantham’s most popular amateur dramatics groups, you will also be supporting Grantham Hospice.
