Appeal for witnesses after man bitten by Alsatian near Grantham

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 50s was bitten by an Alsatian in Kelby, near Grantham.

The victim was out jogging near Kelby Lodge when the attack happened and he sustained a bite on his thigh. The incident happened at 10.30am on Friday, July 26.

Police say a young boy attended and took control of the dog. The victim required stitches and medication. Investigating officers want to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.
