Police appeal for witnesses following assaults in Guildhall Street, Grantham

Police were called at 1.14am today (Sunday, October 28) to Guildhall Street, following a report of an altercation.

Two men sustained serious, but not life-threatening injuries, and were taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham.


One man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and another man was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm.

Police are appealing for anyone in the Guildhall Street area around the time of this incident, who can help, to call 101 quoting incident 51 of October 28.
