A Grantham resident has been left bewildered and frustrated after a postcard intended for New Zealand was delivered through her letterbox twice.

Despite the postcard being addressed to a C.Elks living on Bristol Street in Trentham, Upper Hutt, New Zealand - approximately 11,400 miles away - the homeowner on Bristol Close, Grantham, has repeatedly received it instead.

After the first time she even resorted to highlighting the country, and although it does seem to have travelled by air mail, it has once again returned to her.

The postcard is of the parish church at Bakewell, Derbyshire, and is written by ‘Ron’. Do you know anything about this? If so, let us know!
