Lincolnshire Police are warning the public that there may be slight traffic disruption in the town today, due to vehicles moving in and out of Spring Gardens following Tuesday’s substation blaze.

A crane and lorries will be coming to Spring Gardens with generators and other equipment, to enable Western Power to start work on repairing the transformer that was damaged in the fire.

This will also mean that there will be no parking on London Road near to Spring Gardens.
