The Sainsbury’s store in Grantham is looking for a new charity from the area to support.

Over the next few months Sainsbury’s stores will make a shortlist of charities for their customers to vote for. The winning charity will then receive a year of support from the local store which includes fund-raising and raising awareness.

Customers will be able to vote between June 13 and 26 in store and on-line.

Debbie Wrightson, store manager at Grantham, said: “There are so many fantastic charities in the local area who do brilliant work in our community. We’d love to hear from charities we haven’t supported before.”

Any charity that would like to be considered should register its interest with the customer service desk in the store on London Road. Nominations close on May 9.
