Slideshow: Proud readers send in their pictures of the iconic Flying Scotsman

The Flying Scotsman, Britain’s most famous and loved steam locomotive, caused quite a stir when it passed through Grantham twice this week.

The loco travelled through the town yesterday (Wednesday) on its inaugural journey to London King’s Cross following a £4.2 million restoration, and returned to York today (Thursday), passing through once again.
