Specsavers celebrates its 25th year in Grantham

The team at Grantham Specsavers hosted a party in store recently to celebrate the opticians’ 25th anniversary in the Isaac Newton Centre.

There was a party atmosphere as staff dressed up as characters from pop culture past and present, and a cake sale raised funds for South Lincolnshire Blind Society.

A stilt walker created a buzz outside the store, while a 90’s playlist brought back memories of the time the opticians first opened its doors.

Store director Colin Ducker said: "This is a huge milestone for us, to reach a quarter century in business.

"We’ve seen huge advances in practice and technology since we opened, but our team spirit and customer focus is just the same as it was all those years ago. We’d really like to thank all our customers for their support over the years."
