St Wulfram’s Church has been opening its doors every Tuesday afternoon over the last few months in a new venture.

A Place 2B has attracted a growing number of people from the surrounding area and beyond and offers a chance to chat over a cup of tea and enjoy the warmth of community.

The Rev Jacqueline Bell, Assistant Curate, said: “St Wulfram’s is very much at the heart of Grantham and as a church community we are always looking for ways in which to open our doors to those around us and encourage the sense of ownership our town already has for this beautiful building.”

On Tuesday, December 8, from 2pm to 3.30pm, Rector Fr Stuart Cradduck is hosting ‘A Place 2B Christmas Gathering’ at the Rectory, Church Street, Grantham. The fun will include Christmas card and cracker making and carol singing. Rev Bell added: “Whether you go along to A Place 2B regularly or would like give them a try you are invited to join them in the festive fun over a glass of mulled wine and mince pie.”
