Take part in a review on the role of PCSOs in Grantham and surrounding villages

Lincolnshire Police is undertaking a review of the role Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) play in communities.

PCSOs have been in place in the county for over 10 years. They aim to be a visible, uniformed presence on the streets and in communities, helping to improve quality of life and offering greater public reassurance.

Lincolnshire Police said it is committed to retaining PCSOs as a fundamental part of its community policing approach in the county.

The aim of the review is to gather and assess the views of PCSOs who have been doing the job, partner agencies who work with PCSOs and, most importantly, the views of the Lincolnshire public.

If you feel you would like to share your personal experience, views and expectations of PCSOs, you are invited to take part in an online survey. It should take 10-15 minutes to complete. All responses will be recorded anonymously.

The survey will close on Tuesday, February 17, 2015.
