Teenage boy suffers facial injuries in Grantham park incident

A 16-year-old boy received minor facial injuries after an incident in Wyndham Park, Grantham, on Friday afternoon.

It was reported that an altercation had broken out in the park and involved a group of school aged children.

East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) received a call shortly after 1.30pm and sent an ambulance.

A police spokesperson said: "Incident 230 of October 11th refers to an assault. Investigations are ongoing and anyone with any information can call us on 101, incident 230 of 11th."
