MORE than 700 people ventured out to see Harby Harlequins’ latest pantomime.
The amateur actors’ adaptation of Jack and the Beanstalk this year was their 13th show, and it has been hailed a massive success.
The colourful story, written and directed by Eddie Lilley, told of Jack’s adventure to make his fortune and included lots of twists and madness. Plus, new characters were introduced, including Fairy Likwhid.
Eddie said: “The cast, ranging from 10 to 70, had their audience rolling with laughter, and responding with cheers and applause.
“Thanks go out to all who gave their support.”
