Thefts from sheds in the Grantham area continues
A spate of shed break-ins is continuing in the Grantham area.
As reported last week, police are asking residents to be extra vigilant following a number of shed and garage burglaries in and around Grantham.
One was targeted in St Helen's Close in the town on Saturday night.
Thieves got in by removing the door hinges and a push bike was stolen (incident 100 of July 3).
Lincolnshire Police received several reports the following night about sheds being broken into in Skillington. The crooks made it off with gardening equipment and push bikes (incidents 145, 233 and 355 of July 4).
On the same night there was a shed break on Dudley Road, Grantham, where antiques were stolen from a shed (incident 139 of July 4).
Anyone with information about any of these thefts is asked to call the police control room on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting the relevant incident reference number. Alternatively, email email@example.com and include the reference number in the subject line.
