A Grantham business has won a national landscaping award for the third consecutive year, beating off competition from more than 200 skilled contractors and 600 project submissions.

Brian Harrison, owner of BH Building, won the national award for ‘Best use of a New Marshalls Product’ at Marshalls’ annual ceremony held at Rookery Hall, Cheshire.

Marshalls is the UK’s leading landscaping manufacturer and hosts the prestigious annual event to celebrate the very best garden and driveway projects designed and installed by members of its national accredited Register scheme.

This year, for the first time, all the award finalists were able to cast their vote for the category winners. All national winners received a Wacker plate compactor, a stone trophy and a commemorative poster.

The winning entry by BH Building was designed for a customer seeking an entertaining garden space with the ‘wow factor’, complete with a BBQ, pizza oven and bar area (pictured).

Brian said: “I’m very proud to have won a national award for the third consecutive year. This year it’s particularly special to win because the project has been voted for by some of the best contractors in the industry. Thank you to Marshalls for their continued support and for a great evening.”

David Jessop, operations manager of the Marshalls Register said: “Congratulations to Brian on his award which is hugely deserved.

“Homeowners can have complete peace of mind employing BH Building for their garden or driveway project and will benefit from a quality installation by this outstanding and experienced Marshalls accredited landscape contractor.”
