Threatening behaviour, theft and driving offences among charges faced by Grantham defendants




Grantham area defendants brought before the courts recently include:

Joshua Mawson, 19, of London Road, Grantham: guilty of driving a Volkswagen vehicle in Commercial Road on July 5 without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Curtis James Plant, 22, of Harlaxton Road, Grantham: admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Barnwell Terrace on March 19 with 11 microgrammes of drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 12 months.
