POLICE want to speak to a motorist who failed to stop after forcing another car off the road.

A local woman has received neck, arm and face injuries after her Vauxhall Signum left the road and hit a wooden fence yesterday (Monday).

The 27-year-old was travelling along the A1 slip road heading towards Gonerby Moor at about 5.15pm when the other vehicle pulled in front of her, causing her to swerve into the grass verge.

Although serious, her injuries are not life-threatening.

The driver of the other vehicle, a silver car, failed to stop and continued towards the roundabout at the end of the slip road.

Police are appealing for the driver to come forward.

Also, anyone who saw the incident occur is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting incident 338 of January 23.
