Trio verbally abused and spat at dog-walker by the canal at Harlaxton

A dog-walker was verbally abused and spat at by three males while walking along the canal towpath near The Drift at Harlaxton.

Police are appealing for information after the incident last Sunday, at around 3.30pm.

The three men were also walking dogs. The victim has described them as “scruffy looking” and said one had a crew-cut hair style.

Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience of anti-social behaviour. Information to police on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting incident number 371 of May 7.
