Update: A1 has fully reopened following crash just north of Grantham

The A1 southbound has reopened following a collision near Long Benington that blocked the carriageway, causing long delays.

Lincolnshire Police were called to a road traffic collision between a lorry and a vehicle on the A1 between the B6326 turn-off at Balderton and Valley Lane at Long Bennington at 9.14am this morning.

No one was injured in the incident.

If anyone has any information regarding the collision, call Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting incident 99 of today (July 2).
