NO cause can be found for the fire, which destroyed The Royal British Legion building, in Low Road, Barrowby, last night (Sunday).
Five fire engines from Grantham, Bingham, Brant Broughton and Corby Glen were called to the blaze, which started at around 11.15pm.
Much of the roof collapsed in the fire, which severely damaged 80 per cent of the building and left the rest of the contents and building damaged by heat and smoke.
Fire investigators were at the legion this afternoon (Monday) but could not find what caused the fire.
