Volunteers raise £1,100 to present Grantham church with defibrillator

A defibrillator has been presented to St Wulfram’s Church which in recent years has increased its visitor numbers with events such as the beer and Christmas tree festivals.

Volunteer fund-raisers with the British Heart Foundation raised £1,100 to buy the life-saving machine which will be installed inside the Grade I listed church.

The volunteers raised the money over the past year with coffee mornings, golf days and other events.
