LOOKING for things to do with your kids this February half term? We’ve teamed up with The Co-operative to offer your son or daughter the chance to attend the Activate Sport Hockey Masterclass at Oakham School, Leicestershire, from February 13 to 14 2012.
Four lucky winners will get the chance to attend the Activate Sport Hockey Masterclass, which develops children’s hockey skills whilst having fun at the same time.
The Masterclass is aimed at children aged 7-16 years. These specialist training days have been created personally by GB defender Crista Cullen to help improve the game of those experienced in the sport and to provide a great introduction to those with a more limited knowledge.
So if your son or daughter is between the ages of 7-16 years-old and is a keen hockey fan this is the perfect prize for them. As a bonus, the camp will be attended by one of the current England or GB Internationals.
There is also a healthy eating programme included as part of the Academy, with healthy kids’ Co-operative inspired recipe cards for busy parents to take away.
Up for grabs are 4 places at Oakham School from February 13 to 14.
All you have to do to stand a chance of winning, courtesy of The Co-operative is answer the following simple question:
• How many players can a hockey team have on the field at any one time?
A) 7 B) 9 C) 11
Send us your answer along with your contact details – including full postal address, date of birth, email address and daytime telephone number – to firstname.lastname@example.org with HOCKEY COMPETITION in the subject line. Deadline for entries is noon on Thursday 9th February.
