I would like to say a really big thank you to the very kind members of the public, including a staff member of SKDC, a fellow biker and Graham Hadley from Sleaford, who all stopped and took care of my son following his motorbike accident on the A52, approximately 400 yards east of the High Dyke turning on Friday, around 11.45am, prior to the emergency services arriving.
James had broken his wrist. He was taken to Grantham Hospital, where his wrist was put in a plaster cast. He had to return the following morning for surgery as the break was serious. He will be off work for around three months.
As a worried mum, it was great to know there are caring people out there.
