Unusually there were parkruns happening on consecutive days over the New Year holidays.

The Hunt family, all running for Grantham Athletic Club, turned out on New Year’s Day at the Peterborough event and Chris was rewarded with a personal for his 22min 51sec run.

Things were back to normal on Saturday when the club had 15 runners spread across three events. Grantham AC’s females had a brilliant day, securing the top three places over two events. Isabel Hobday was the first lady over the line at Rutland Water, while it was a second place for Helen Braybrook at Belton House, followed closely by Sophia Tucker in third.
