ATHLETICS: Grantham AC parkrun personal bests tumble

Granham Athletic Club had athletes at two new local 5km parkruns on Saturday when personal bests were tumbling.

Chris Hunt smashed his PB by 29 seconds at the inaugural Rutland Water event. Also at the same venue, Janice Anderson reduced her PB by 34 seconds and increased her Age Graded Percentage to more than 84 per cent.

Meanwhile, on the new Sherwood Pines course, Dona Hall continued her impressive assault on her PB, knocking a staggering 66 seconds off. Saskia Hunt celebrated her 16th birthday and new age group with an impressive sub-25 minute run.
