Abi (pictured) completed the 13.1 miles in a club ladies’ record time of 1hr 25min 21sec.

The large turnout from GRC to this popular local race produced a number of good performances with 11 other personal bests, including Rob Howbrook, who has taken almost 10 minutes off his previous best time during the course of this year, and Penny Hodges reduced hers by close to five.
