Belton Park Golf Club's Will Hopkins and Jake Craddock finished first and second in the Lincolnshire Boys' County Championship at the weekend.

The competition, held at Spalding Golf Club in glorious sunshine, was once again dominated by Hopkins who retained the trophy that he won last year.

Will's winning score over 36 holes was a fantastic 146, with a gross 74 in the morning and 72 in the afternoon rounds.

Craddock, however, also posted a great score of 153, with a 78 in the morning and 75 in the afternoon.

Belton Park would like to congratulate both players and look forward to many more victories from its junior members.

County champion Will Hopkins is pictured receiving his trophy with Lincs president Les Toyne.
