Belvoir Triathlon Club this week announced that they have finally received confirmation that they are to become a UKA-affiliated club.

This means the club will be able to run competitively at running events and there is a discount on running races for individual affiliated members, plus they get access to the England Athletics website and all its benefits, including Power of 10 which ranks your racing performances against other athletes, as well as access to courses and other support offered by England Athletics.

l Twenty-five Belvoir Tri members filled the The Meres leisure centre swimming pool in support of the Grantham Rotary Swimarathon on Sunday 7 February.

Record numbers of teams took to the water in the biggest fund raising event in Grantham, and the Belvoirs proudly raised more than £800.

It is another event the Belvoir Tri Club has added to its annual calendar.
