General admission tickets for the much awaited game between Bingham Cricket Club and the legendary Lashings All Stars went on sale this week.

The event on Friday, May 27, will give cricketing fans in the area a unique chance to watch some of the game’s greats playing at a club venue, along with the chance to meet and greet players like Herschelle Gibbs, Tino Best and Gordon Greenidge.

In addition to the Twenty20 cricket match, Castle Rock brewery will be providing real ales and a wide selection of drinks, there will be bountiful children’s entertainment and the chances to have photos taken with the players, plus some superb food stalls.

Tickets start at £2 for five-16-year-olds, adults are £5 and family tickets are £10 for two adults and two children. Under-fives go free.

Club chairman Paul Maylard-Mason said “This is such an exciting event, we can hardly wait for the day so I am sure that tickets will sell very quickly. There is no Nottinghamshire CCC match on that week and people from all over the county will want to come and watch the Lashings legends.”

To book tickets, visit the event page at www.facebook.com/binghamvlashings and click on the button marked ‘Book Now’.

Hospitality options including a three-course meal, wine and the chance to dine with the Lashings stars, are still available at £45 per person and can be booked by emailing binghamccevents@hotmail.com
