Former Witham Wheeler Karl Baillie has signed for the HMT Junior Cycling Academy, in association with JLT Condor, for new racing season.

The vision behind the HMT Academy is to provide junior riders with the professional support, guidance and racing environment that will allow them to maximise their health, racing ability and personal potential in order to progress to the next stage of their career as elite athletes.

Karl has benefited from working with nutritionist Dr Mayur Ranchordas and coaching from Jon Sharples at Trainsharp, with the use of SRM Power Meters, in order to reach his best.

A packed race calendar for the team includes UCI international races in Belgium, France, Poland, Holland and Spain, as well as seven rounds of the British Cycling National Junior Road Race Series.

Updates of the team and Karl can be found on the teams website: www.roadraceacademy.cc or on twitter: @hmt_rra and @BaillieKarl
